Travel Photography

It started with this back in 2001:

and is now up to this:
These are photographs I’ve taken during my travels, ones I deemed “worthy” enough to go on the travel wall of honor. For me, the best part of a trip are the photos I take, the most tangible memories I have of the places I visited. The first photo is from Casa de Zacatecana a beautiful colonial mansion in Queretaro, Mexico. What I loved most about it was the courtyard, a typical feature in Spanish style architecture.
My favorite though is the one I took on my solo trip to Paris in 2006. The French flag is not always hanging from the Arc de Triomphe but that day it was creating an extra stunning effect.
Each trip I go on, I always try to take one phenomenal photo and I’m pretty sure that next month in Hawaii with all of its gorgeous and striking scenery, it won’t be hard to capture one. My goal though is to eventually have the wall completely covered in photographs, a wall photo album of sorts.

Great minds think alike! I have a wall in my dining room dedicated to travel photos too. Although mine is feeling a little neglected right now. Thanks for the reminder to update it!
